By creating a Fence Works account you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Your account

You're responsible for your account, your users, and the content you create. Keep your credentials secure and use the service lawfully.

Plans & billing

• The Free plan is free. Paid plans bill monthly; founder pricing locks your rate for the life of the subscription.
• Cancel anytime — your plan stays active through the current billing period.
• Payment processing and messaging are provided by third parties at their applicable rates.

Connected services

Features that connect to third-party services (QuickBooks, Google, Stripe, and others) are also governed by those providers' terms. You're responsible for having the right to connect the accounts you authorize, and you can disconnect any integration at any time.

SMS / text messaging terms

Businesses on Fence Works may send service-related text messages (appointment confirmations, estimate follow-ups, missed-call replies, review requests) to customers who contacted them or submitted their estimate form. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. You're responsible for complying with messaging and consent laws (such as TCPA quiet-hours and opt-out rules) where you operate.
