Imagery and address search for any US address. Where there is no parcel layer, trace the fence by hand on the imagery or upload a survey PDF — you still get the measurement, the post count and the material list.

Parcel lines

Click an address and the real property line loads under the imagery, so the fence starts on the boundary — not near it. Statewide layers first; any county that publishes a parcel server can be added from Settings.

Permit Check

Type the municipality and the height and get permit-or-no-permit, the typical fee and the gotchas before the quote goes out. Outside coverage it says so plainly and tells you to verify locally.
